Serafín M. Coronel-Molina is an Assistant Professor at Indiana University. He is an educational linguist and sociolinguist. Dr. Coronel-Molina received his B.A. from the Ricardo Palma University in Peru; his M.A. from the Ohio State University, and his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. He has published articles in Quechua, English and Spanish, and presented papers internationally. His research is of an interdisciplinary nature, drawing on fields as diverse as sociolinguistics, linguistic anthropology, politics of language and pragmatics.
