New directory template

The template for the entries in our directory ("perfil" category) was updated to include a contact form. This replaces our old contact method, which used Recaptcha's Mailhide to protect the addressees' email addresses; Mailhide has been unfortunately discontinued by Google. The new solution is kind of awkward, since the messages will have to be forwarded by the admins to the addressees, but it will do for now, while I search for an alternative method.
